Any of our customers using Microsoft Hotmail have not been receiving our emails. Due to a new procedure (supposed to prevent spam) implemented by Microsoft, a great deal of Hotmail users will not receive email from any website hosted on GoDaddy.com. Microsoft is -not- advising their Hotmail users about this issue even though they are aware of the problem and have not determined whether it can be fixed or not. We are currently working on a temporary fix for this issue. We request if you are placing orders and have an alternate email other than Hotmail to please use it for orders and inquiries.
