Exchanges will be for same style in a different size or defective merchandise ONLY. The majority of our
merchandise is exchangeable provided that it has not been worn, the tags are
still attached and it is in the original packaging. Thongs, g-strings,
panties and items of like nature are not returnable due to health
regulations and retail laws. Please contact us by
email if you need to exchange an item.
Shipping charges for exchanges will be billed
to your credit card unless the exchange is due to defective merchandise. Exchange requests must be made within 10
business days of delivery (Exchange requests during and after holiday periods
are an exception. We realize when buying gifts, sometimes the right size or
style is difficult. We will gladly honor exchange requests during these times
or extend a store credit via gift certificate.)
No exchange or return will be accepted if the product shows wear or damage from
misuse, or if the tags are not still attached.
Returns must be approved by our customer service manager on an
individual basis and will be issued store credit upon approval.
Orders cancelled, shipments refused and authorized returns are subject to a 15%
restocking charge. Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
Please use our size charts before selecting your size. Our sizes run small in comparison to most
stores. One size items do not fit
all. If you have doubts about how
something will fit you, email us or phone us.

Proper billing information as it appears on your credit card statement as well
as your correct e-mail address and telephone number are required or there will
be delays in processing your order. Due
